Thrash with a swagger that could only come from Texas is what guitarist Mike Scaccia is all about. An early unhealthy enchantment with heavy music and horror flicks caused him to form Rigor Mortis, a gnarly thrash quartet who stomped the terra circa '80s Dallas.
Scaccia's frightening blast-beat chops and crushing tone caught the attention of Ministry's Al Jourgensen and Paul Barker, who drafted the Texan for their platinum Psalm 69 album and tour. Four albums and countless blown minds later, Scaccia has re-formed Rigor Mortis, and his playing is, as always, nothing short of fast and furious. Regular gear cannot withstand Mike's savage mistreatment, and that's why he plays Crate.
